If after you have read the terms and have questions, leave the box UNCHECKED and someone will be happy to contact you shortly to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. If you choose to leave the box unchecked, please be sure to complete your submission so the data you have entered is not lost. The PROPERTY listed at the top of this form agrees to pay Retreat Central, LLC 10% (ten percent) commission on all contracts that result from direct contact with Retreat Central. This commission will be paid within thirty (30) days of event conclusion. Should there be disputes or other delays in payment between the property and the contract signatory, Retreat Central will nonetheless be paid within the initial payment period of thirty (30) days. Property further gives permission to Retreat Central to list property, at the expense of Retreat Central, on various directories with booking leads generated assigned directly to Retreat Central. I agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the Letter of Agreement above.
