Retreat Central is pioneering new ways for camps to maximize their retreat season
revenue. Retreat Central can serve as the sales and marketing arm for retreat business
revenue or assist the in-house sales team. We also offer a variety of other services
to help maximize camp facilities during the off-season.

Camp Partners
As a Camp Partner, Retreat Central becomes the ‘outsourced’ sales and marketing
department to garner additional retreat business. We manage the entire sales cycle
and marketing efforts for each camp that including lead generation, client development,
answering inquiries, and negotiating contracts and evaluations. We support the marketing
efforts for each camp with services such as competitive analyses, site assessments,
promotional materials and trade show representation. Our revenue is commission-based
except for hard costs. Camp Partners are also featured properties on our website.
Additionally, our camp partners benefit from professional development opportunities
such as the creation of standard operation procedures, search engine optimization,
vendor development and other “tools of the trade” in the conference industry.

Camp Connectors
Upon becoming a camp connector, your camp is included on the Retreat Central website.
This inclusion is represented by posting camp information and photos. Additionally,
business opportunity leads are sent preferentially to Camp Connectors.
The cost to be a Camp Connector is only the commissions generated from contracted
business!

Business Recycling
As much as they would like to, conference centers cannot host every group that requests
to book. The reasons can range from unavailable dates, capacity limitations, differing
price expectations and unique circumstances to having a clearly different retreat
season, such as university conference centers and the dorm space they have available.
Instead of tossing those opportunities in the trash and possibly losing their business
in the future, recycle them with Retreat Central. Simply send the lead to us, and
if Retreat Central is able to place the business elsewhere, we will send you a commission!
Retreat Central will only work with business you give us; we would never attempt
to take your clients for other meetings.

Most camps are excellent at filling their facilities during the camp season, but
