Camp Manitowa is a brand new sleep-away summer camp and retreat center in Southern Illinois about 90 minutes from St. Louis, MO.
We've just completed a million dollar renovation and have excellent accommodations and activity space. We're also surrounded by multiple lakes, state parks, and national forests giving us an amazing natural surrounding that's hard to beat.
Guests sleep in yurt villages. Yurts are huge hut-like structures with a circular base. Combined with our new beds, this is the best communal living space available.
The new 8-element high ropes course and zip line is the best in the region.
