Camp Wah-Nee is now open for retreats!

Wah-Nee Retreat Center is home to one of the premier summer camps in the Northeast. Located only two hours from Manhattan in beautiful Torrington, CT among the Berkshire Mountains, Wah-Nee Retreat Center’s facilities are modern, comfortable, and one-of-a-kind. Available for retreats May 15 - June 17 and August 14 - November 1, the property can sleep 450 people. All of the bunks and private rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped with new bathrooms and showers.

Facilities:

The Dining Hall, which can seat 400, features outstanding food served family style by waiters & waitresses. The kitchen staff can manage all dietary restrictions including allergies, diabetic, kosher, vegan, and vegetarian options.

Meeting rooms are available, with seating up to 400 people.

Our Gym and Theatre Arts Center, designed by the architect of Carnegie Hall, is the premier indoor sports and theatre facility at any camp in the United States. A huge and breathtaking multi-million dollar structure with excellent lighting, the Center is worthy of any small college in the country, hosting basketball, soccer, volleyball and other activities. Our retreat guests love playing, acting, singing & having fun here!

Wahnee’s lake and pool are picture perfect! The water is clear and pristine, and our white sandy beach makes it even more fun. Special arrangements can be made to access the myriad “water toys” available, from noodles to slides.
